The General Director of Intel Vietnam and Indochina on January 10 announced a new strategy for Intel Group citing changes in the computer market.
On January 5, Intel marked an historic change in strategy with a new logo, marketing and advertising fund of up to US$2.5bil, announced in the US.
As of January 4, Intel has used the new logo and new slogan “Intel. Leap Ahead”.
“That’s the simple but strong way of expression showing people what we are doing,” said Eric Kim, senior Deputy Chairman cum General Director in charge of business and marketing for the Intel Group.
According to managers, computer growth is slowing down while mobile phone and handheld equipment is developing into the number one technology on the market, prompting companies like Intel to shift strategy.
