State Bank of Vietnam

1. Decision 783/2005/QD-NHNN dated May 31, 2005, changing and supplementing section 6 in article 1 in Decision 127/2005/QD-NHNN dated February 3, 2005 of the State Bank of Vietnam’s Governor. (Decision 127/2005/QD-NHNN changes and supplements some provisions in the regulation on credit institutions’ lending procedures, which is enclosed with Decision 1627/2001/QD-NHNN dated December 31, 2001 of the State Bank of Vietnam’s Governor.)

International Convention

1. Agreement on disputes settlement as part of the ASEAN-China frame agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation, which has been applicable to Vietnam since April 4, 2005. (ASEAN stands for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.)
